pe teoria ata&#537;amentului. Aceasta ajut&#259; oamenii s&#259; &#238;&#537;i &#238;n&#539;eleag&#259; emo&#539;iile, s&#259; creeze <a href="https://www.relatiisanatoase.ro/p/cum-se-vindeca-rupturile-intr-un?utm_source=publication-search">siguran&#539;&#259; emo&#539;ional&#259; &#238;n rela&#539;ii </a>&#537;i s&#259; construiasc&#259; conexiuni mai autentice &#537;i mai s&#259;n&#259;toase cu cei pe care &#238;i iubesc.</p><h3><strong>De ce am ales terapia EFT</strong></h3><p>Exist&#259; o &#238;ntrebare pe care o primesc des, mai ales de la tineri care vor s&#259; intre &#238;n psihoterapie: <em>De ce EFT?</em></p><p>De obicei z&#226;mbesc pu&#539;in &#238;nainte s&#259; r&#259;spund. Nu pentru c&#259; &#238;ntrebarea e naiv&#259; &#8212; ci pentru c&#259; r&#259;spunsul meu sincer nu sun&#259; ca o decizie ra&#539;ional&#259;. Sun&#259; mai degrab&#259; ca o recunoa&#537;tere.</p><p>Am ales terapia EFT pentru c&#259;, pentru prima dat&#259; dup&#259; ani de studiu &#537;i practic&#259;, am auzit ceva ce aveam de mult&#259; vreme nevoie s&#259; aud: c&#259; emo&#539;iile nu sunt problema. C&#259; nu sunt zgomot de fond, sl&#259;biciune sau ceva de dep&#259;&#537;it. C&#259; sunt, de fapt, busola.</p><p>C&#259; suferin&#539;a dintr-o rela&#539;ie nu vine din lipsa iubirii &#8212; vine din frica de a o pierde, cunoscut&#259; adesea ca <a href="https://www.relatiisanatoase.ro/p/teama-de-abandon-de-unde-vine-cum-se-manifesta-si-cum-o-depasesti-pentru-relatii-sigure-si-implinite?utm_source=publication-search">teama de abandon</a>. Vine din nevoi de ata&#537;ament neexprimate, neauzite, ne&#238;mplinite.</p><p>Simplu. &#536;i totu&#537;i, pentru mine, a fost ca o fereastr&#259; deschis&#259; brusc &#238;ntr-o camer&#259; &#238;n care st&#259;tusem prea mult timp.</p><h3><strong>De ce nu este suficient&#259; doar &#238;n&#539;elegerea ra&#539;ional&#259;</strong></h3><p>&#206;nainte de EFT, lucrasem cu alte abord&#259;ri. Bune abord&#259;ri, oneste. Dar ceva nu se lega.</p><p>Vedeam oameni care &#238;n&#539;elegeau perfect de ce fac ce fac &#8212; &#537;i continuau s&#259; fac&#259; acela&#537;i lucru. Cupluri care &#537;tiau pe de rost c&#259; &#8222;comunicarea e important&#259;&#8221; &#537;i se certau la fel a doua zi.</p><p>&#206;n&#539;elegerea singur&#259; nu vindec&#259;. &#536;tiam asta din teorie. Dar terapia centrat&#259; pe emo&#539;ii m-a ajutat s&#259; o v&#259;d &#238;n cabinet, &#238;n timp real: vindecarea se &#238;nt&#226;mpl&#259; &#238;n momentul &#238;n care cineva se simte cu adev&#259;rat auzit. Nu analizat. Nu sf&#259;tuit. Auzit.</p><h3><strong>Cum func&#539;ioneaz&#259; terapia EFT &#238;n rela&#539;ii</strong></h3><h3><strong>De ce func&#539;ioneaz&#259; terapia EFT</strong></h3><ul><li><p>lucreaz&#259; cu emo&#539;iile, nu doar cu comportamentele</p></li><li><p>se bazeaz&#259; pe teoria ata&#537;amentului</p></li><li><p>creeaz&#259; siguran&#539;&#259; emo&#539;ional&#259; &#238;n rela&#539;ii</p></li><li><p>ajut&#259; la schimbarea tiparelor rela&#539;ionale, nu doar a reac&#539;iilor</p></li><li><p>permite reconectarea autentic&#259; &#238;ntre parteneri</p></li></ul><p>Terapia EFT nu se concentreaz&#259; doar pe comportamente sau pe comunicare. Ea merge mai profund, la nivelul emo&#539;iilor &#537;i al nevoilor de ata&#537;ament.</p><p>&#206;n loc s&#259; &#238;nve&#539;e oamenii doar ce s&#259; spun&#259;, &#238;i ajut&#259; s&#259; &#238;n&#539;eleag&#259; ce simt cu adev&#259;rat &#537;i cum pot crea o conexiune autentic&#259;.</p><p>Concret: &#238;n loc s&#259; lucreze cu cearta de suprafa&#539;&#259; (cine are dreptate, cine a gre&#537;it), terapia de cuplu EFT exploreaz&#259; ce se afl&#259; sub ea &#8212; frica, ru&#537;inea, dorul de conexiune. &#536;i tocmai acolo, la nivelul emo&#539;iilor primare, se produce schimbarea real&#259;.</p><p>Aceast&#259; abordare este str&#226;ns legat&#259; de conceptul de <a href="https://www.relatiisanatoase.ro/p/cum-se-vindeca-rupturile-intr-un?utm_source=publication-search">siguran&#539;&#259; emo&#539;ional&#259; &#238;n rela&#539;ii</a> &#8212; fundamentul oric&#259;rei reconect&#259;ri autentice.</p><h3><strong>Ce m-a surprins dup&#259; 25 de ani de cabinet</strong></h3><p>C&#259; eu &#238;ns&#259;mi continui s&#259; &#238;nv&#259;&#539; s&#259; fiu prezent&#259;. C&#259; a fi terapeut nu &#238;nseamn&#259; c&#259; e&#537;ti imun la propriile tipare de ata&#537;ament.</p><p>C&#259; uneori, &#238;n cabinet, recunosc ceva din mine &#238;n ceea ce povestesc oamenii &#8212; &#537;i c&#259; tocmai asta m&#259; face, sper, un pic mai util&#259;.</p><p>M-a surprins c&#226;t de mult curaj au oamenii atunci c&#226;nd se simt &#238;n siguran&#539;&#259;. Am v&#259;zut b&#259;rba&#539;i care nu pl&#226;nseser&#259; de zeci de ani pl&#226;ng&#226;nd &#238;n cabinet &#8212; nu din sl&#259;biciune, ci dintr-o for&#539;&#259; pe care &#537;i-o descopereau pentru prima oar&#259;.</p><p>Am v&#259;zut cupluri care veneau hot&#259;r&#226;te s&#259; se despart&#259; &#537;i care, dup&#259; c&#226;teva luni, vorbeau cu o bl&#226;nde&#539;e pe care probabil nu o avuseser&#259; niciodat&#259;.</p><p>M-a surprins, de asemenea, c&#259; mul&#539;i oameni nu recunosc c&#259; au o problem&#259; p&#226;n&#259; c&#226;nd ajung la un punct de ruptur&#259;. Fie c&#259; e vorba de <a href="https://www.relatiisanatoase.ro/p/teama-de-abandon-de-unde-vine-cum-se-manifesta-si-cum-o-depasesti-pentru-relatii-sigure-si-implinite?utm_source=publication-search">teama de abandon</a> care &#238;i &#539;ine captivi &#238;n rela&#539;ii nes&#259;n&#259;toase sau de singur&#259;tatea tr&#259;it&#259; &#238;n doi, suferin&#539;a are, de obicei, r&#259;d&#259;cini mai vechi dec&#226;t rela&#539;ia prezent&#259;.</p><h3><strong>Cum arat&#259; schimbarea real&#259; &#238;n terapie</strong></h3><p>Vindecarea nu arat&#259; cum m&#259; a&#537;teptam. Nu e dramatic&#259;. Nu e o revela&#539;ie.</p><p>E un moment mic &#8212; aproape banal.</p><p>O privire. O pauz&#259; &#238;n care, &#238;n loc s&#259; atace, cineva spune: &#8222;Mi-e fric&#259;.&#8221;<br>&#536;i cel&#259;lalt, &#238;n loc s&#259; se retrag&#259;, r&#259;m&#226;ne.</p><p>At&#226;t. &#536;i totul se schimb&#259;.</p><p>Tocmai de aceea, unul dintre lucrurile esen&#539;iale pe care le explor&#259;m &#238;n terapia EFT este modul &#238;n care <a href="https://www.relatiisanatoase.ro/p/cum-sa-comunici-nevoile-emotionale-fara-sa-declansezi-conflict?utm_source=publication-search">comunici nevoile emo&#539;ionale f&#259;r&#259; s&#259; declan&#537;ezi conflict </a>&#537;i f&#259;r&#259; s&#259; te sim&#539;i vulnerabil/&#259; &#238;n mod cople&#537;itor.</p><p>Asta este abilitatea care face diferen&#539;a &#8212; nu tehnicile de comunicare, ci curajul de a fi onest/&#259; cu cel mai important om din via&#539;a ta.</p><h3><strong>Dac&#259; sim&#539;i c&#259; te reg&#259;se&#537;ti</strong></h3><p>Dac&#259; te reg&#259;se&#537;ti &#238;n aceste experien&#539;e &#537;i sim&#539;i c&#259; rela&#539;ia ta are nevoie de mai mult&#259; siguran&#539;&#259; emo&#539;ional&#259;, nu este pentru c&#259; &#8222;e ceva &#238;n neregul&#259; cu tine&#8221;.</p><p>Este pentru c&#259; nimeni nu te-a &#238;nv&#259;&#539;at cum s&#259; fii &#238;n siguran&#539;&#259; &#238;ntr-o rela&#539;ie.</p><p><strong>Terapia poate fi primul spa&#539;iu &#238;n care &#238;ncepi s&#259; &#238;n&#539;elegi, s&#259; sim&#539;i &#537;i s&#259; construie&#537;ti aceast&#259; siguran&#539;&#259; &#8212; pas cu pas.</strong></p><p>&#128197; <em>Programeaz&#259; o prim&#259; &#537;edin&#539;&#259;:</em> <a href="https://alinablagoi.ro/contact/">alinablagoi.ro/programare</a></p><p>P&#226;n&#259; data viitoare,<br><strong>Alina</strong></p>]]></content:encoded></item></channel></rss>
